Our Programs
While in our long-term residential program, young mothers and children are afforded multiple wraparound services to equip them for long-term self-sufficiency. Moms who have graduated from our residential program continue to benefit from these services for a period of time. Our Outreach program offers many of these same services to vulnerable mothers and children in the larger community, who have a place to live but who could use some assistance.
Residential Program
This long-term program is for pregnant or parenting women between the ages of 18 and 30 who are experiencing homelessness in Palm Beach County and who are willing to make positive changes in their lives.
Graduate Program
This program is for mothers and children who have successfully completed Holy Ground’s residential program. They may continue to receive case management and other services for a period of time.
Outreach Program
This program is for mothers and children in Palm Beach County who have stable housing, but who could use a helping hand.
